   Our Institute was established in 1984. It is a folk enterprise of science and technology , which is administered by Science and Technology Department of China.and by Shantou sciences Technology Committee ,Jingzhou Factory of rubber & plastic machinery in ShanTou, Shengping District ( the former Expert machinery Factory in Shengping District) is subordinate to our Institute. The factory has advanced and powerful technology, and it’s productive ability is excellent. It is the scientific research aggregation of design, production and selling service. In the recent 10 years, cooperating with the National Tyre’s Quality Testing Center, it has made many kinds of advanced and good-quality equipments of tyre production, testing, and the equipments of plastic, printing and packing, including:

  LQTJ-1A Tyre Tester for Detecting Strength,Separating resistance(Separating tyre from felloe)and dead load. ( It was examined as the national advanced testing machinery by Chemistry Industrial Department in 1987. It won the golden mark prize in Pakistan Expsotion, in 1989).

LY-60(120) testing machine for the tyre hydraulic pressure (It is a patent production, which is exported to Iran and other countries. The patent numcer is 92.206233.1)

LN-2 Endurance testing machinery for truck and bus tyres . It is a new patent production which can save electricity by 20%-40%. It’s patent number is 89.2445954

  All the above machines can be used both in testing for the big tyres and the minitype moto tyres. All the computers are completed by the National Tyre’s Quality Testing Center and get their certificates from the Center. All the above machines are selling to the National Tyre’s Quality Testing Center and tens of domestic and foreign factories. With the excellent quality and suitable price, all of them get the good reputation.

  Besides, our Institute also produces the following:

 XDL-5000 rubber electron pull machine (patent production ,The paten number is 90.225962.8) 
   
  SG-88 screen paper glazing machine (patent production ,The patent
number is ZL89.2.18530.9)

  SDCJ-8 string trangle molding unit (It can replace the imported production. It lives more than ten times longer than shade molding unit.)

  And the SJ45-28-M450 blowing flim machine and drying plastic machine which can obviously save the energy.
